Friendsie Park, LLC is “The peer-to-peer platform of parking” for high trafficked metropolitan areas delivering the mobile application Friendsie Park as an on-the-go parking solution and peer-to-peer accommodation platform for parking space owners and renters.

What happens if I am parked beyond my reservation time?

If your vehicle remains in a parking space beyond the time that you have paid for it, your vehicle is subject to towing, as you are no longer in a contractual agreement with the space owner and therefore, parked illegally.

How will I know which space to park in?

The parking assignment will be numerical or a photograph will be included to show you where to park.

What if I want to cancel my reservation that I booked in advance?

You can cancel your future parking reservation up to 30 minutes prior to the reservation start time at no cost. Anytime within 30 minutes of the reservation start time will be subject to a one-hour cost rate.

How do I access the parking space if it is behind a secured gate or garage?

The parking space owner will provide entry instructions with their listing. If you are visiting a friend or family in the property that you are parking at, this individual can grant you garage access as well.

When will I get paid if someone reserves my parking space?

Friendsie Park releases funds for distribution 24 hours after the start of a reservation. Depending on your banking institution, funds will typically be available in your account in 2-3 business days after the 24 hour period.

How do the monthly subscriptions to list my space work?

If you select to pay a flat monthly rate to list your parking space, your subscription will begin on the day that you list your space and auto-renew 30 days from that day. For example, if your subscription starts on April 15th, it will auto renew on May 16th. The monthly subscription rate will debit from your bank account on file the day that your subscription begins.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription to list my parking space?

In your account profile, you can simply select “Cancel Subscription” and your parking space listing will be removed on the 1st day that your subscription was set to auto renew. You will not be charged any additional subscription fees.

Can I only list my parking space when I am going out of town for a few days?

Yes – you have the option to select specific times and days that you want your listing to be available.

How do I get in touch with the person renting my space or the owner of the space that I’m renting?

You can click-to-call or click-to-text the person on either side of a reservation by clicking on “Reservations” and selecting Contact. This will bring you to the person’s name and phone number.

If someone is parked in my space and I can’t reach them, by phone or text, what should I do?
